Frequently Asked Questions

Access & Timing

  • Rentals include 4 hours for setup, event time, and breakdown.

  • Additional hours may be added for $163–$215 per hour.

  • Arriving early or staying late may result in automatic time extension charges.

  • An on-site point of contact will be available during your event.

Parking & Entry

  • Free parking is available across the street in the Rolling Ridge lot, with additional street parking nearby.

  • Use the front entrance for all guest arrivals and for loading/unloading décor and catering items.

Trash & Cleanup

  • Guests are responsible for removing all food, décor, and trash, placing it in the dumpsters across the street.

Tables, Chairs & Setup

  • Standard furniture includes:

    • 90 lightweight metal chairs

    • Café tables (2–4 guests each)

    • Vintage wooden tables (6–8 guests each)

    • (2) 6 ft. buffet tables

  • Linens, cocktail tables, and extra chairs are not provided.

  • Guests may self-set up or opt for a $100 setup service.

Decor Guidelines

  • No nails, screws, or other permanent hanging on painted walls.

  • Brick walls may be used with double-sided or putty tape.

Catering

  • Balkan Treat Box is our preferred caterer and provides full-service setup, delivery, and disposables.

  • Outside catering is allowed but must provide their own dishware and utensils and clean up fully after the event.

  • Provide outside caterers with the Caterer Info Sheet. Space for caterers is limited.

Bar Service

  • All alcohol must be purchased through The Ridge Room. Outside non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

  • Bar setup fee: $250 (includes bartender, water station, cups, ice, and cocktail napkins).

  • A 20% service charge will be applied to large party bar tabs.

  • Guests must provide leak-proof containers if bringing ice tubs or coolers.
