For audio needs, The Ridge Room features a Bluetooth speaker system for personal playlists, along with dedicated electrical access should you wish to bring in a DJ, projector, TV, or additional sound equipment.
Please note: All amplified sound must conclude by 11:00 PM in compliance with the City of Webster Groves sound ordinance.

Policies
No outside alcohol is permitted.
Event hosts may provide their own non-alcoholic beverages, which must be removed from the venue at the end of the event.
Bar Service & Pricing
$250 Bar Setup Fee – Includes a professional bartender for your 4-hour rental.
Service Options:
Open Consumption Bar – The host runs a tab and pays per drink.
Cash Bar – Guests purchase their own drinks individually.
Elevate your event with our full-service bar, featuring a selection of beer, wine, spirits, batch cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Rental Pricing
All rentals include a 4-hour block with host-led setup and breakdown and a dedicated room attendant for on-site assistance. Events must conclude by 11:00 PM, with last call 30 minutes prior to the end time.
Monday–Thursday Evenings (4 PM–11 PM): $850
Friday–Sunday Evenings (4 PM–11 PM): $1,100
Additional Hours: $163–$215 per hour, depending on the day
Extra hours may be added to extend your celebration.
